Document Doctor’s newly established Oral History division provides contract services tailored for cultural institutions to support the work of archival staff working with digital collections. Services can include any, or all, of the following:

• Oral history interviews

• Provision of approval documentation and compliance with ethics guidelines

• Tailored project design

• Abstract writing

• Audio editing

• Audio transcription

• Video captioning

• Subject research

• Packaging or direct upload to your chosen digital platform

• Subject photographs

Our dedicated oral history team includes former GLAM sector professionals with specific archival training and experience, ready to assist with your oral history projects.

Fees & Charges

Oral History Services $63.00 per hour (excluding GST)

Fees will be charged by invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
